Using our store

By placing an order or using thecustomlabsco.com, you agree to these terms. We may update them from time to time, and the version posted on this site applies.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Business orders have a minimum of 6 pieces, and bulk rates require the same product and design. We may correct pricing or listing errors and will contact you if that affects your order.

Your artwork and content

You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, any logos, images, names, and text you send us. You're responsible for any claims related to content you provide. We may decline or cancel any order that includes content we believe is unlawful, infringing, hateful, or inappropriate.

Proofs and approval

For custom work, we may send a proof or preview for approval. Once you approve it, we produce exactly what the proof shows. See our Refund Policy for details.

Color and product variation

Screens display color differently, and materials like metal, fabric, and ceramic can vary slightly between batches. Small differences in color, placement, or finish are normal and aren't defects.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify. We never see or store your full card details.

Our content

The photos, text, and branding on this site belong to The Custom Labs Co. Designs shown on our products may belong to their creators. Please don't copy or reuse anything without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
