Production and shipping time. Merchandise from our own designs ships within 48 hours. Custom orders are ready in 4 to 6 days after your proof is approved, and they ship the same day they're finished. Rush orders are available by quote. Tell us your deadline when you request your quote.
Shipping rates. We offer free standard U.S. shipping on all orders of $75 or more, including business orders and merchandise. Orders under $75 ship for a flat rate of $8. Orders of $75 or more also qualify for free local delivery within 15 miles of Bonita, CA.
Carriers and delivery. We ship from San Diego, California, using UPS Ground Saver or UPS Ground. Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days after your order ships. You'll receive tracking by email once it's on the way.
Address accuracy. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address, and re-shipping costs would be yours.
Damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, see our Refund Policy for what to do.
International orders. We don't currently ship outside the U.S.
Taxes. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where required.
