Customized items are final sale. Everything we personalize, engrave, print, or press for you is made specifically for your order. Because the work is permanent and can't be reversed or resold, we can't offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on customized merchandise.
Returns on our standard designs. Items from our Shop Our Designs collection that haven't been customized can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be new and unworn, in their original condition. You're responsible for return shipping costs. Email hello@thecustomlabsco.com to start a return.
Please check your proof. Before we start, review spelling, names, dates, colors, and placement carefully. Once you approve your proof, or place an order without one, we can't refund or reprint for errors in the approved artwork.
If something goes wrong on our end. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or doesn't match your approved proof, email hello@thecustomlabsco.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. If the problem is on our end, we'll reprint, replace, or refund the affected items.
Cancellations and changes. Contact us within 12 hours of ordering and before production starts, and we'll do our best to change or cancel your order. Once production begins, orders can't be canceled or changed.
